WV SOS Workshop (Macroinvertebrates)

 On July 26th, Join Jessica Bryzek of WV Save Our Streams for an exciting stream monitoring workshop! The event will focus on the observation of benthic macroinvertebrates such as dragonfly and stonefly larvae, snails, worms, beetles, and more. Sign up, and take this opportunity to learn how the small animals have a big impact on our rivers and streams.  

We ask that all participants arrive to the workshop dressed to work outdoors with items such as a hat, loose fitting clothes, and closed-toed shoes such as sneakers, boots, or waders. Be aware of weather conditions as that will influence your choice of attire.

Also bring: a bag lunch, plenty of water, sunscreen and insect repellent. You may also need a pencil or pen and a small notebook.
